Water Leak Cnr Northern Road & Ridgeway North

No water in Rietfontein for + 7 years. Have reported a significant water leak (on cnr Northern Road & Ridgeway North) to City of Harare on numerous occasions. I collected and drove C.O.H staff to the site over 6 months ago. Still nothing done. I have now paid for a contractor to expose the COH asbestos water pipe so that the leak (at the joint of two pipes) is clearly visible. City of Harare Water Department please can you fix the leak.
