You may report service delivery failures and successes in Harare on this web-site. It is completely free, anonymous (if you wish), and does not require a password or access code. Harare residents and businesses are encouraged to submit reports so that we can begin to improve communication between city authorities and residents and thus hopefully city services. 

You may submit a report via the web-site or directly from your smart phone - Download the free USHAHIDI app for iPhones and iPads here or for Android here. To submit a report by smart phone, access the hararemunicipalityservices.crowdmap.com site. The Ushahidi App automatically identifies the position, and you will also be able to upload a photograph. 

When submitting a report on the web-site, it is important to locate the report site. This can be be done in the MAP screen. Use the pen icon to locate the site on the map, OR enter the street address in the Find Location box directly under the map. 

You can view a full-screen map by selecting: HOME > Filter Reports By-> Full Screen Map

Your reports will be regularly updated on the web-site by the web-site managers.
